Irish-born Will was crowned Champion Conditional Jockey in the 2005/06 season. With 63 winners, his best season numerically came in 2016/17. Big victories include the 2015 Imperial Cup Handicap Hurdle and back-to-back Lanzarote Hurdles in 2011 and 2012.
During his career, Will was associated with trainers, Noel Chance, Donald McCain, Dr Richard Newland, Nick Williams and Paul Webber, the latter being the trainer of Time For Rupert, arguably the best horse Will rode.
Since hanging up his boots, Will, a qualified jockey coach, is busy carving out a career in racecourse corporate hospitality.
